1. Models who are accepted by Most Model Management must provide a copy of their birth certificates or other irrevocable proof of age i.e. Driving Licence or Passport. We only act for models that are over 16 years of age.

2. Most Model Management will act as an agent for modelling / promotional / filming assignments and will offer this work to the model for their consideration. Once this work is accepted either verbally or in writing, the model is duty bound to undertake the assignment to the best of his or her ability.

3. No administration or registration charge is payable by any model who is accepted by Most Model Management. Any images created by Most Model Management for the models agency profile shall be at our expense and it is mutually agreed that the model has released the images to Most Model Management. Any photographs supplied by the model for their model profile must be free from all copyright or the model must have written permission from the copyright owner to use them.

4. Once accepted by Most Model Management, a profile will be created for you. We reserve the right to use the details listed on your profile and or photographs on websites, advertising mediums or promotional forms that we deem suitable to use for the promotion of the model and or agency.

5. Most Model Management does not imply or infer that by joining the agency bookings will be made for you.

6. It is agreed between the model and Most Model Management that they will, at all times, represent each other in a legal and honest manner.

7. Where applicable a copy of a booking form will be issued to the model for each booking.

8. It is agreed that all payments due to models for assignments, including fees for travel expenses, less agency commission of 20%, will be paid directly to the model on receipt of payment from the client, unless prior arrangement has been agreed to by all parties. We operate a strict 30 days credit facility with all our clients. If payment has been received by the agency prior to the start of the booking, the payment will be made to the model on completion of the booking.

9. All models are considered to be freelance and are therefore responsible for payments of TAX and NI on all paymentsmade to them. As with all self-employed work, no company insurance cover is included or inferred.

10. Most Model Management will at all times undertake to gain the best remuneration for modelling assignments, based on the work required and the skill and experience level of the model.

11. The models shall be expected to pay travelling expenses for bookings up to 10 miles from their hometown. For bookings outside this radius, the clients will be responsible for travel and / or accommodation expenses and these will be negotiated at time of booking.

12. It is agreed that all personal and private information known to both parties will be kept in the strictest confidence. This includes personal information regarding the model, Most Model Management and all clients.

13. Whilst on a booking the model shall at all times act in a professional manner. The model should advise the agency by telephone of any inappropriate or unprofessional conduct by a client at the earliest possible time after the booking (within 24 hours). The model will at all times observe the smoking policy of the client.

14. The model is at no time restricted from gaining modelling assignments from other means or from joining any other modelling / promotional agency. The model will at no time undertake assignments with clients gained through Most Model Management without the knowledge and written permission of Most Model Management.

15. It is agreed that on joining Most Model Management, Most Model Management will continue to work with the models to promote them and the agency in general, and to enhance their skills and abilities.

16. It is agreed that, if a model fails to attend any assignment without adequate notice, the model will be considered as abandoning their role as a model and no further assignments will be offered to them.
